Refunds are processed once the returned item is received or proof of return is provided.

Return shipping costs may apply unless otherwise stated.

For customers located in the European Union, a statutory withdrawal period of 14 days from delivery applies in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Customers exercising this right must return the goods within 14 days after notifying the Seller.
