Is it for both feet?

How long to use Pedineo®?

Is the correction painful?

Can I wear heels during the correction?
keyboard_arrow_downTight heels and shoes should be avoided as much as possible because the cause of hallux valgus is often due to wearing them. Continuing to wear tight shoes and heels will slow down the correction.
